Paleo vegan matcha smoothie bowl – my favorite matcha powder

smoothie bowl

Good morning, guys!

Although, I’m really into savory breakfast right now, I sometimes want something sweet. This smoothie bowl is perfect after a workout because it contains some quick carbs, electrolytes, protein and good fat. The matcha gives you great kick and gets you going.
Don’t worry about the zucchini, you won’t taste it at all!
I guess what makes the difference is the match I’m using right now. It is not a normal plain matcha powder. It also contains lemongrass, lemon myrtle, barley gras and wheat grass. I’m a big fan of the fresh, lemony taste this powder has.

If you are thinking about investing in a matcha powder, I can totally recommend you to give this one a try:

Greenic Matcha Fresh Superfood Trinkpulver Mischung, 1er Pack (1 x 80 g)

Recipes German and English?

As I know that I have quite a lot German followers, I decided to post recipes in English and German to make it easier for you to recreate them. I don’t want you to have to use a translator just to cook or bake something. For me, food should be easy and quick to prepare and looking up words doesn’t apply to that. Another thing I added is nutritional information: calories and macros.

Please let me know if that is something I should keep doing from now on in the comments below.

Affiliate links

As I get so many questions about which products I use, I decided to link them when possible. Therefore I signed up with the amazon affiliate link program (for Germany). This means that every time you purchase one of my recommended products using one of these link, I will receive a bit of money. This won’t be much but all the money I earn with this blog, I want to use for you! Doing giveaways to you and buying equipment, for example. You don’t have to use these links at all but if you do, I want to say a big thank you!
