This balsamic thyme ketchup is a healthy alternative to your usual plain tomato ketchup. And it is also amazing with some roasted veggies or grilled meat!

Balsamic thyme ketchup
Ingredients
- 60 g tomato paste /Tomatenmark
- 100 g cherry tomatoes/Cherrytomaten ripe & juicy!/reife & saftige!
- 20 ml balsamic vinegar/Balsamicoessig
- thyme/Thymian fresh or dried/frisch oder getrocknet
- 20 g apple sauce/Apfelmark
- salt & pepper/Salz & Pfeffer
Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy, add a splash of water if the consistency is too thick/Alle Zutaten in einer Küchenmaschine/mit Pürierstab/im Hochleistungsmixer vermengen bis das Ketchup cremig ist. Wenn die Konsistenz zu dickflüssig ist, dann einfach etwas Wasser dazugeben.

If you like the taste, you can also add a tbsp olive oil.
