  • 45 g almond butter/Mandelmus
  • 15 g coconut oil/Kokosöl
  • 25 g almond flour/Mandelmehl
  • 7 g coconut flour/Kokosmehl
  • 20 g yacon syrup/Yacon Sirup
  • baking soda, baking powder/Backpulver, Natron
  • gingerbread spice, vanilla/Lebkuchengewürz, Vanille


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 1 baking sheet with parchment paper./Den Ofen auf 200°C vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.

  2. Mix all ingredients and form three cookies on the baking sheet./Alle Zutaten vermengen und auf dem Backblech drei Cookies formen.

  3. Bake for about 10 minutes and let cool down completely./10 Minuten backen und auskühlen lassen.
