Ingredients
- 100 g almond flour/Mandelmehl
- 30 g ground almonds/gemahlene Mandeln
- 120 g pumpkin sauce/Kürbispüree or almond or cashew yoghurt/oder Mandel- zw. Cashewjoghurt
- 2 tsp orange peel/Orangenschale
- 1 tsp vanilla/Vanilla
- 40 ml almond milk/Mandelmilch
- sweetener of choice I used 30g Sukrin and a pinch of stevia/ich habe 30g Sukrin und etwas Stevia verwendet
Instructions

Preheat the oven at 200' C top- and bottom-heat./Den Ofen auf 200 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen.

Mix all ingredients and then form crescents or cookies./Alle Zutaten vermengen und dann Kipferl oder Kekse formen.

Bake for around 15-20 minutes until golden./Für etwa 15-20 Minuten goldbraun backen.
