Ingredients

  • 40 g pumpkin sauce/Kürbispüree
  • 1 teaspoon flax meal/Leinmehl
  • 15 g almond flour/Mandelmehl
  • 25 g ground almonds/gemahlene Mandeln
  • 25 g ground chufa/Erdmandelmehl
  • 10 g coconut flour/Kokosmehl
  • 10 g white almond butter/weißes Mandelmus
  • 1 apple/Apfel
  • cinnamon, clove powder, vanilla/Zimt, Nelkenpulver, Vanille

Instructions

  1. Cut up the apple and put all ingredients into a pan, add 200ml of water or almond milk and let it simmer. Depending on the desired consistency you will need more liquid which you just add and stir in.

  2. Fill into a bowl and top with whatever you like... add some more nut butter or some fresh fruit, for example./Den Brei in eine Schüssel füllen und nach Lust und Laune Toppings daraufgeben. Ich liebe Nussmus und frische Früchte darauf.
